Unable to Play Game

I have built the game and programmed it using version 2.1 Beta for the case maker. Sadly, the testing case I'm making does not work when I open the file created after building it. The top screen just remains a pitch black while I am unable to do anything with the bottom screen. An arrow does not appear, nor does the Court Records tab open on it. My thoughts are that there is something wrong with my script, yet I don't know what. Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated.

I got it working, the problem was in the preferences.
